Neon Void uses bright, flashing neon effects. A small number of people can have a
seizure when exposed to flashing light or patterns — including people who have
never had one before and have no epilepsy diagnosis.
If you feel dizzy, disoriented, or notice altered vision, eye or muscle twitching,
or any loss of awareness, stop playing and see a doctor.
What's in this game
Screen-wide red and white flashes when an encounter changes phase, when a boss
fires a wipe, and as a warning before a solar flare crosses the arena.
Sustained screen-wide color washes that pulse about once or twice per second.
Faster flicker — up to about nine times a second — on smaller things: boss cores,
charged weapons, wind-up rings, channel beams and objective markers.
Dense fields of bright moving particles that can fill the screen.
No screen shake, and no full-screen strobing above three flashes per second.
This is a game in active development. Effects change often, the
reduced setting is not certified, and it may not catch everything — some flashing is
not damped by it. If you are photosensitive, treat this build as untested.
